Paying For Your Jewellery

Blingasia.com accepts most credit and debit cards, including visa, mastercard, switch and Delta. We operate a secure and sophisticated on-line processing system via HSBC, one of the worlds largest credit card processing companies.

You can pay for your order by cheque or postal order, simply send your order to us in writing with a cheque or postal order for the goods and postage made payable to Bling Asia at PO Box 122, Liverpool, L18 1WS

If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. For your convenience, however, we have included a handy currency converter on the site.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. Orders totalling £30 are charged at £1.75.

Orders above £30 will be sent by special delivery and the cost will be £3.90.

For wholesale orders the postage charge is £7.00 special delivery.

Bling Asia reserve the right to decline any overseas orders that do not pass the address verification system in full. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank.

Secure on-line Payments

We know of no case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. This is because:

1. No one will see your credit card number , the reason for this is that when you place your order our secure server software encrypts all your personal information including your credit card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet.

2. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website.

What You See Is What You Get

Bling Asia has made every effort to display the jewellery and accessories as accurately as possible. Most items are described using size/length and accurate colour options.

However we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on and in most cases our customers will be surprised when they receive their goods as to how far more dazzling they are in real life than the pixels on the monitor allow us to show!

Delivery Schedule

Most items on our site are held in stock and will be despatched to you within three working days from receiving your order. Bling Asia will not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

Returns

Bling Asia operates a seven day no quibble Guarantee.

For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on pierced earrings. Bangles and rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items.

Disclaimer

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, Bling Asia reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.

Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, the Company also reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

Damaged goods

If your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 07891 035220 and return the product to us at:
